Roof Repairs
A slipped slate or failed ridge rarely announces itself until the damage reaches the ceiling. We repair roofs properly, once.

Repairs done once, done properly
We repair tiled, slate and stone roofs across Gloucestershire — replacing slipped and cracked coverings with matched materials and re-bedding ridge and hip mortar where it has failed.
Lead flashing, valleys and chimney abutments are re-dressed or renewed, and every repair is photographed before and after so you can see exactly what was done without leaving the ground.
Request a QuoteHow we approach roof repairs.
Every repair begins with a full photographic survey from ground level and, where access requires, from a tower or cherry picker — so you see exactly what we see before any work is agreed.
Slipped and cracked tiles and slates are replaced with matched materials, ridge and hip mortar is re-bedded, and lead flashing and valleys are re-dressed or renewed where they have split or lifted.
All work is carried out from safe access with harnesses and edge protection, gutters are cleared of debris on completion, and the finished repairs are photographed for your records.

Frequently asked.
- How do I know if my roof needs repair?
- Slipped tiles visible from the ground, debris in gutters, damp staining upstairs or daylight in the loft are the usual early signs — our survey confirms it.
- Will new tiles match the existing roof?
- We source reclaimed or matched tiles and slates for period roofs, so repairs blend with the original covering.
