Each property is surveyed and test patched first. Windows, doors, stonework and planting are protected while the solution works into the surface, restoring an even appearance without scarring or water ingress.

How we approach render cleaning.
Rendered walls are porous and naturally collect airborne dirt, green algae, red staining and black mould — particularly on shaded elevations and beneath sills. We first identify the render system and test a discreet area before choosing the correct treatment strength.
A specialist biocidal solution is applied evenly at low pressure, allowing it to break down organic growth at the root. The surface is then carefully rinsed where required, with pressure controlled to protect painted, silicone, acrylic and traditional rendered finishes.
Windows, doors, planting and adjoining surfaces are protected throughout. We leave paths rinsed, waste removed and the elevation visibly refreshed, while the residual treatment continues working after the visit.

- Can render be pressure washed?
- High pressure can scar render, force water behind the finish and remove paint. We use a low-pressure soft-wash treatment that targets the staining without relying on force.
- How long will the render stay clean?
- Exposure, shade and surrounding vegetation all affect regrowth, but treatment at the root provides a considerably longer-lasting result than a simple pressure rinse.
- Do you clean coloured and silicone render?
- Yes. We assess and test each surface first, then adjust the treatment and rinse method for painted, through-coloured, silicone, acrylic and traditional render systems.
